Hello.
In this episode, Julie has a conversation with the CEO of the Resource Training Council Rodo De Boer to really dig deep to understand how training can support people to strive for proficiency.

Julie wants viewers to see the importance of understanding what gets people to go from competency to be motivated to strive for proficiency.
