It's a journey that leads to enhanced communication, empathetic dialogue, and stronger connections, all of which are instrumental in shaping a workplace culture that thrives on collaboration, inclusion, and understanding.

The "Transforming the Way We Connect" workshop is designed for leaders who have completed the Level 1 and 2 workshops. We want to make sure leaders have everything they need to 'level up' the positive connections in their workplace.
It focuses on developing leadership skills to establish a team culture based on trust, respect, shared values, and resilience. Participants will learn how to create a psychologically safe environment in their teams, where individuals thrive, collaborate, and innovate.

Building Connected Teams
Building strengths-enabled, resilient teams is action based and expands capacity. For teams to be running optimally, they need to be connected in a meaningful way, and centre what they are doing in their collective capabilities.
It focuses on developing team connection skills to establish a culture based on trust, respect, shared values, and resilience. Participants will learn their communication style, their strengths that energise them, and what motivates them - then share these learning with their team to create meaningful connection that promotes inclusion and builds resilience.
