Mental Health First Aid® Training in Brisbane
About 1 in 5 Australian adults experience a common mental illness each year. Mental Health First Aid® (MHFA™) training will teach you practical skills to support someone with a mental health problem. Making a real difference at work and in your personal life.
The 12-hour face-to-face course for adults (18-years+).
Learn how to provide initial support to adults who are developing a mental illness or experiencing a mental health crisis. This course provides a 3-year accreditation on successful completion of an online, competency-based quiz.

Suicidal thoughts and behaviours

Non-suicidal self-injury
